Tokyo Photographer℠ provides professional photography services for conferences, corporate events, executive portraits, commercial assignments, and similar engagements throughout Japan. The majority of our clients are international organizations, corporations, universities, government agencies, embassies, NGOs, and conference organizers.

Booking Process
Photography services are provided by quotation and invoice only. A booking is confirmed only after written acceptance and receipt of any required deposit. Each engagement is individually quoted based on the client’s requirements, location, schedule, and requested services.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in Japanese Yen (JPY) unless otherwise stated.

Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking. The remaining balance must be received and fully cleared no later than one (1) calendar day before the scheduled photography session.
Delivery
Edited photographs are delivered electronically.
Standard delivery timeframes are:
• 6-Hour Express
• 24-Hour Express
• 5 Business Days
• 20–30 Business Days
depending on the selected package.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Terms & Conditions and, where applicable, on our Rates page. Additional terms may also be specified in the client’s quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in photographs remain the property of Tokyo Photographer℠. Clients receive only the usage rights expressly granted under the applicable quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
Client Base
Tokyo Photographer℠ primarily provides photography services to international organizations and clients traveling to Japan. Most engagements are negotiated, contracted, and conducted in English pursuant to individually prepared quotations.
Applicable Agreements
Individual quotations, invoices, statements of work, and written agreements govern each engagement. In the event of any inconsistency between this notice and an executed agreement, the executed agreement shall prevail.
